


Through a grant from the Grand Rapids Community Foundation, ArtPrize sought to better connect with under-served communities. Among these communities is the burgeoning Latino demographic. Vias Latino Market Consultants provided services for ArtPrize to meet its goals through a series of transcreated materials. ArtPrize fulfilled it mission of connecting to the local West Michigan Latino populace with the transcreation of an Event Guide newsprint insert, along with print and online versions of their Self-Tour and Visitor guides. During the transcreation process, Vias took under consideration the content, slogans and memes, to produce material that was relevant to a Latino audience while maintaining the intent and tone of the original Artprize brand.
